Return Policy (Artwork Sales)

We take great pride in the quality and originality of our artwork.
• All original artwork and commissions are final sale.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of shipping damage.
• If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description.
• If approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Sip & Paint Events – Terms & Fees

What’s Included in the Standard Fee:
• 1.5 to 2 hours of guided painting instruction
• All painting materials:
◦ Canvas, paints, apron, easel, and brushes
• Full setup and cleanup.

Additional Services (Optional Fees):
$40 flat fee for foldable chairs and tables (if seating is not provided at the venue)
• Additional charges apply for wine, refreshments, snacks, or cheese trays upon request.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event for rescheduling or refund eligibility
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund
• Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol
• BYOB permitted where the venue allows.

Art Classes Policy

Our art classes are designed to provide a creative, supportive, and skill-building experience for both children and adults.

Registration & Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a spot
• Class sizes are limited to ensure personalized instruction.

Cancellation & Makeup Classes
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class, we can issue a credit for a future class
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable
• Missed classes are not guaranteed a makeup unless previously arranged.

Supplies
• All standard supplies are included unless otherwise noted
• Students are welcome to bring their own tools if preferred.

Behavior Expectations
• Respectful and safe behavior is expected at all times
• Inappropriate conduct may result in removal from class without refund.

Photo Permission
• We may take photos during class to share on our website or social media
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
